University is conveniently located five minutes north of the Los Angeles Airport on a picturesque bluff overlooking Marina del Rey and the Pacific Ocean.  Founded in 1911, the campus is nestled within the quiet residential community of Westchester.  Students will enjoy the close proximity to Santa Monica, Santa Monica Beach, and Venice Beach. </div> <bR> <div> The Dell Rey Residence Hall is newly built (opened in 2006), and surrounded by the grassy, tree-lined campus with views of the Los Angeles skyline</div> <bR> <div> <IMG BORDER="0" SRC="Symb075c00b700f000000000.png" HEIGHT="16" WIDTH="24"
