Stevens Institute of Technology is located in Hoboken, NJ, 1 mile west of New York City (Manhattan). The 55-acre campus sits atop a hill overlooking the Hudson River with beautiful views of the NYC skyline.
The Stevens campus overlooks the renovated waterfront community of Hoboken, New Jersey. Hoboken has undergone a renaissance to accommodate a new population of young, urban professionals attracted by the century-old brownstones and proximity to Manhattan.
Accommodations are in two traditional style residence halls. Both dormitories are not air-conditioned.Two students per room with hall bath. 1:6 bath ratio

Fifteen-minute walk to Hoboken subway station + 10-minute subway ride to NYC.
Campus recreational facilities include an indoor swimming pool, basketball, volleyball, and racquetball
courts, plus outdoor soccer fields, and tennis courts
