The University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) is a major research university located in the heart of Chicago. The skyscrapers, parks, and culture of Chicago surround the UIC campus. The 240-acre campus is ideally located close to public transportation and easy walks to downtown Chicago.
The residence hall is apartment style suites. Each apartment can accommodate 4, 5 and 8 people.
Each apartment has single and double bedrooms, one bathroom, and one living room.Each double bedroom has two single beds, two chest of drawers, two desks with chairs and closets
The dormitory rooms are air conditioned
The meal plan uses debit meal cards with suggested amounts per meal
State-of-the-art recreational facilities with indoor basketball, volleyball, racquetball/squash courts, track,
rock-climbing wall, and indoor swimming pool; on-campus bowling alley
Easy transportation to all points of Chicago: one block from the CTA Blue Line, several bus lines stop at
the campus
